ALL AXIS PASS Program
The ALL AXIS PASS program is for those advisors who want to jump start their progress quickly and require a more robust program. This is a more intense program which includes a “boots on the ground” approach. As with all our programs, the ALL AXIS PASS program is specifically tailored to your exact needs. We will come to your location and provide an onsite consultation. Depending on need, we can perform a half or full day retreat with you and your staff. This can include a S.W.O.T. analysis, personality assessments, breakout sessions, communication skills training, one on one personal development etc.
Before we come to your location we gather the necessary data from you and your team to effectively execute the retreat and begin to form the business development plan of action we will take after the onsite visit is complete. After the onsite visit, we write a comprehensive report on all the data we have gathered and schedule our first steps call. Your office will have weekly calls with your consultant to maintain momentum as we execute the plan we created together. The weekly calls can also be utilized to have us work directly with your staff on development or additional training you want to implement in your practice.
Due to the travel and time commitment with each client we only accept a few ALL AXIS PASS clients each year. There is an interview process for each potential client to insure there is a good fit and it is the correct program for their specific needs.
For more information about this program please call and schedule an appointment to speak with us and begin the interview process.

“Coaching takes a holistic view of the individual: work, corporate values, personal needs and career development are made to work in synergy, not against one another.” – British Journal of Administrative Management

“A coach is someone who tells you what you don’t want to hear, who has you see what you don’t want to see, so you can be who you always knew you could be” - Tom Landry
